We use self-hosted Umami to measure visits, referral sources, campaign parameters, device and performance information, and selected link clicks. Sampled session recordings and heatmaps help us improve the website. Page text and form inputs are masked, forms are blocked, and sensitive pages are excluded. We do not intentionally collect health information, form contents, or email addresses through website analytics. Analytics honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Website analytics and recordings are retained until deleted. The website has no advertising scripts or account registration. Fonts and images are served with the website.
Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address and requested page, to the hosting service so the page can be delivered. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs under their own settings and policies. This notice does not describe the separate access or sign-in system of a private preview service.
When you contact us
Email links open your chosen email application. If you send us a message, we use your email address and the information you provide to answer and handle your request. Please avoid sending sensitive health information in a general support email. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.
